We’ll swap it out for a fresh item.
Only when there is a heat crack or leak will a replacement be delivered.
(Our experienced staff will determine from the photographs if the damage is the result of mishandling, heat cracking, or leakage.) Our team’s choice shall be final.)
Mishandling-related damage won’t be repaired.
You must email us or WhatsApp a picture of the broken item and your purchase invoice.
Should you decide to come back for any other purpose.
Clay items cannot be returned for any other reason.
It takes a lot of work to get clay products to the consumer safely because they are sensitive. It might not be possible to return it in the same manner and have it reach us without incident.

How long will it take to execute the reimbursement for the returned orders?
